Shipping Policy Orders: All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, in most cases the next working day.
Returns: if products are damaged in transit you can claim from the post office or delivery service, all goods will be checked before dispatch, and safely packed, all claims must be maid within 7 days from delivery. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required. Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days. If an order is not received you must notify Elysian in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time. Elysian shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Elysian will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Elysian will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage. None of the above effects your statutory rights.
